No Crust Coconut Pie

Total Time: 42 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups coconut

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until well blended.
  • 3 grease two 9-inch pie plates and divide mixture evenly between them.
  • 4 bake at 350°f for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
