Mrs Falafel's Satay Pate

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can haricot beans, drained & rinsed
  • 4 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or 2 tablespoons tamari
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut

Recipe

  • 1 throw all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
  • 2 add a little water if it is too lumpy.
  • 3 chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
