Mrs Falafel's Satay Pate

Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can haricot beans, drained & rinsed
- 4 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or 2 tablespoons tamari
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 spring onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
Recipe
- 1 throw all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
- 2 add a little water if it is too lumpy.
- 3 chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
