Hot Milk Sponge Cake With Broiled Topping

Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, soft
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350*. grease a 9 x 9 baking dish.
- 2 in a small bowl, beat eggs for 4 minutes.
