- 1 lb butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 5 cups flour
Recipe
- 1 cream the butter and sugar.
- 2 add eggs and mix well.
- 3 add 1 cup flour at a time and mix competely.
- 4 chill overnight.
- 5 roll dough out on cornstarch to 1/4-inch thickness.
- 6 cut or roll into small balls in palm of hands.
- 7 roll in ground nuts or coconut.
- 8 bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
