Low Fat Granola

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stir.
  • 2 bake on a cookie sheet with silicone liner for 18 to 24 minutes in a 350-°f oven, stirring every 6 minutes.
