Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 eggs
- 3 tablespoons coconut milk
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon coconut extract
- 1/4-1/2 cup shredded coconut
Recipe
- 1 in one mixing bowl combine sifted coconut flour, salt, and baking soda.
- 2 in another mixing bowl, combine the eggs, coconut milk, coconut oil, coconut sugar, coconut extract.
- 3 add the dry ingredients to the wet mix well but don't over mix.
- 4 add shredded coconut and mix together.
- 5 use a well oiled muffin tin and fill each one. should make a dozen.
- 6 bake at 375 degrees for 20-22 minutes.
- 7 cool and enjoy. can be frozen.
