Gluten Free Triple Coconut Muffins Delicious And Healthy

Total Time: 32 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 22 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon coconut extract
  • 1/4-1/2 cup shredded coconut

Recipe

  • 1 in one mixing bowl combine sifted coconut flour, salt, and baking soda.
  • 2 in another mixing bowl, combine the eggs, coconut milk, coconut oil, coconut sugar, coconut extract.
  • 3 add the dry ingredients to the wet mix well but don't over mix.
  • 4 add shredded coconut and mix together.
  • 5 use a well oiled muffin tin and fill each one. should make a dozen.
  • 6 bake at 375 degrees for 20-22 minutes.
  • 7 cool and enjoy. can be frozen.
