Ingredients
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 3 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 cup smart balance omega plus
- 1/4 cup flaked coconut
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup water
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients. drop onto greased cookie sheet. bake at 300 degrees for 18 minutes.
