Ep Protein Cookies

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 3 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup smart balance omega plus
  • 1/4 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients. drop onto greased cookie sheet. bake at 300 degrees for 18 minutes.
