No Crust Coconut Pie

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 (7 ounce) can coconut
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup margarine

Recipe

  • 1 put all into a blender and blend thoroughly.
  • 2 grease and flour 2 pie pans.
  • 3 pour in the mixture and cook at 350 degrees until lightly browned.
