Fruit Smoothie Energiser

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 mangoes, peeled, seeded. chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk, light
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup natural yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ice cube, to serve

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients except ice in a food processor.
  • 2 blend till light and frothy.
  • 3 serve over ice.
