Lava Flow

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup strawberry puree
• 1 1/2 ounces light rum
• 1 cup ice
• 1 1/2 ounces malibu rum (or any coconut flavor rum)
• 3 ounces pineapple-coconut juice
• 1/2 banana
• 1 pineapple chunk
• 1 maraschino cherry

Recipe

• 1 combine strawberry puree and light rum and place in freezer for about 20-30 min (or make ahead of time and store it in there or the fridge for easier pouring).
• 2 place ice, malibu, juice, and banana in blender and blend until smooth.
• 3 pour half of strawberry mixture into glass.
• 4 pour blender mixture over that.
• 5 pour remaining strawberry mixture over top along the sides.
• 6 you've just got to garnish these with those little umbrella -- stick them in the pineapple and cherry.
• 7 kick back and drink up!
• 8 repeat.
