- 2 ounces strawberry puree
- 1 1/2 ounces light rum
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 ounce sour mix
- 1 ounce coconut syrup
- 1 ounce half-and-half
- ice
- 1/4 slice pineapple
Recipe
- 1 pour the strawberry puree into a 14 oz hurricane glass.
- 2 fill a blender 1/3 full of ice and add remaining ingredients.
- 3 puree until slushy.
- 4 tilt the glass and gently pour the blender ingredients down the side of the glass and garnish.
