Light Beer Honey Bread

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 cups bread flour (or all purpose flour)
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
  • 12 ounces light beer
  • 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375.
  • 2 mix dry ingredients and beer.
  • 3 pour into a greased loaf pan.
  • 4 pour melted butter over mixture.
  • 5 bake 1 hour, remove from pan and cool at least 15 minutes before slicing.
