Low Fat Cereal Bars

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup rice krispies
- 2/3 cup chopped apricot
- 3 tablespoons roasted sunflower seeds (i didn't bother toasting them)
- 1/4 cup toasted coconut (i don't toast it)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 melt oil, honey, peanut butter in microwave just until easy to mix up, watch careful, probably 20 seconds or so.
- 2 mix in vanilla.
- 3 mix all ingredients together and press down well into 8" square pan sprayed with pam.
- 4 make sure you press down firmly.
- 5 bake at 350°f for 20 minutes.
- 6 let cool before serving.
