Fluffernutter Fudge

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons peanut flour
  • 1 cup marshmallow cream
  • 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • sea salt, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 line a 9x5" loaf pan with parchment.
  • 2 in a large glass bowl, microwave the oil until melted.
  • 3 mix in the powdered sugar and peanut flour until smooth, then beat in the marshmallow cream and peanut butter.
  • 4 microwave for about 90 seconds, stopping to stir every 30 seconds.
  • 5 spread cooked mixture into the loaf pan, smoothing the top.
  • 6 cover the surface directly with plastic and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before cutting.
