Fluffernutter Fudge

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons peanut flour
- 1 cup marshmallow cream
- 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter
- sea salt, to taste
Recipe
- 1 line a 9x5" loaf pan with parchment.
- 2 in a large glass bowl, microwave the oil until melted.
- 3 mix in the powdered sugar and peanut flour until smooth, then beat in the marshmallow cream and peanut butter.
- 4 microwave for about 90 seconds, stopping to stir every 30 seconds.
- 5 spread cooked mixture into the loaf pan, smoothing the top.
- 6 cover the surface directly with plastic and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before cutting.
