Kiwi Coconut Frappé

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon shredded coconut, plus extra
  • shredded coconut, to garnish

Recipe

  • 1 peel the kiwi fruit, cut into chunks and place in a blender. add the pineapple juice and coconut and whiz until smooth.
  • 2 serve garnished with a little extra coconut sprinkled on top.
