Dried Fruit Balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup dried dates
- 1/2 cup dried calimyrna fig
- 1/2 cup prunes or 1/2 cup dried apricot
- 1/2 cup raisins (regular or golden)
- 1 cup crushed walnuts or 1 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup flaked coconut
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor, finely chop dates, figs, prunes/apricots and raisins.
- 2 in a medium bowl, mix chopped fruit with nuts and seeds.
- 3 stir in lemon juice.
- 4 shape into 1/2-1" balls.
- 5 roll in coconut.
- 6 dry in your dehydrator at 135º for 4 to 6 hours, or until crisp on the outside.
