- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups spinach (start with less if new to green smoothies)
- 1 -2 cup water or 1 -2 cup coconut water
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth. add water or coconut water according to your desired consistency. pour & serve!
