Judi's Energy Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup french vanilla shake powder
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 2/3 cup coconut
  • 2/3 cup raisins
  • 1 1/3 cups grape-nuts cereal
  • 1 cup honey
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter

Recipe

  • 1 place honey and peanut butter in glass bowl and microwave until melted.
  • 2 place all other ingredients in a separate bowl.
  • 3 mix together well.
  • 4 pour melted mixture into dry ingredients and mix well.
  • 5 put into 9 x 13 pan.
  • 6 cut into 24 bars.
  • 7 enjoy!
