Ingredients
- 1/2 cup french vanilla shake powder
- 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 2/3 cup coconut
- 2/3 cup raisins
- 1 1/3 cups grape-nuts cereal
- 1 cup honey
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
Recipe
- 1 place honey and peanut butter in glass bowl and microwave until melted.
- 2 place all other ingredients in a separate bowl.
- 3 mix together well.
- 4 pour melted mixture into dry ingredients and mix well.
- 5 put into 9 x 13 pan.
- 6 cut into 24 bars.
- 7 enjoy!
