Indonesian Serundeng (crisp Spiced Coconut With Peanuts)

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut, unsweetened
- 1/2 teaspoon instant minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup roasted unsalted peanuts
Recipe
- 1 using a dry frypan over medium-low heat toast the coconut, garlic and onion flakes, crushing the onion flakes.
- 2 toast until all are golden.
- 3 add coriander, cumin,& salt, stir welland remove from heat, cool.
- 4 stir in the peanuts.
