Mango Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 2 cups chopped mangoes
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f grease a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
- 2 sift flour with baking soda and cinnamon into mixing bowl. stir in sugar, coconut and nuts.
- 3 add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- 4 pour into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
