Easy Granola Bars

Ingredients
- Servings: 16
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup non-fat powdered milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup cinnamon baking chips
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chip
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup goji berries or 1/2 cup other dried fruit
Recipe
- 1 combine water,sugar, milk and vanilla.
- 2 in a separate bowl combine all other ingredents.
- 3 pour sugar mixture over oat mixture and press into a 9x13 baking dish.
- 4 bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
- 5 cut into bars.
