Fen's Fang

Ingredients

  • 4 pineapple chunks
  • 1 tablespoon cream of coconut
  • 1 piece gingerroot, fresh, peeled, 2 inches
  • 1 ounce tequila, silver
  • 1 ounce rum,
  • 1/2 ounce creme de almond
  • 1/2 tablespoon orange juice concentrate, frozen
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 1 cherries, marashino, with stem

Recipe

  • 1 combine 2 pineapple chunks, cream of coconut, ginger, tequila, rum, creme de almond, orange juice and ice in blender.
  • 2 process until foamy.
  • 3 pour into glass, garnish with 2 pineapple chunksa nd maraschino cherry.
