Ingredients
- 4 pineapple chunks
- 1 tablespoon cream of coconut
- 1 piece gingerroot, fresh, peeled, 2 inches
- 1 ounce tequila, silver
- 1 ounce rum,
- 1/2 ounce creme de almond
- 1/2 tablespoon orange juice concentrate, frozen
- 8 ice cubes
- 1 cherries, marashino, with stem
Recipe
- 1 combine 2 pineapple chunks, cream of coconut, ginger, tequila, rum, creme de almond, orange juice and ice in blender.
- 2 process until foamy.
- 3 pour into glass, garnish with 2 pineapple chunksa nd maraschino cherry.
