Ingredients

- 2 cups coconut (shredded)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
Recipe
- 1 place the 2 cups of coconut in a bowl.
- 2 separate the eggs put yolk in bowl with the coconut and the whites in another small bowl.
- 3 mix the egg yolk and coconut together.
- 4 whisk the egg whites and the sugar until they're stiff.
- 5 add the egg whites and sugar into the coconut and mix together.
- 6 spray a tray with oil.
- 7 spoon mixture onto tray.
- 8 cook in the oven for 10-25 minutes, on a very low heat, make sure they don't burn.
