Coconut Biccis

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 cups coconut (shredded)
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs

Recipe

  • 1 place the 2 cups of coconut in a bowl.
  • 2 separate the eggs put yolk in bowl with the coconut and the whites in another small bowl.
  • 3 mix the egg yolk and coconut together.
  • 4 whisk the egg whites and the sugar until they're stiff.
  • 5 add the egg whites and sugar into the coconut and mix together.
  • 6 spray a tray with oil.
  • 7 spoon mixture onto tray.
  • 8 cook in the oven for 10-25 minutes, on a very low heat, make sure they don't burn.
