Coconut Cake

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cupe self raising flour
  • 2 cups coconut
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 200 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter.
  • 2 add it into food proceesor along with flour, coconut and sugar.
  • 3 add eggs and milk.
  • 4 process till well combined.
  • 5 place in greased and floured 20 cm square tin.
  • 6 bake at 160 c for 30 - 35 minutes or till cooked.
  • 7 ice with lemon icing if desired.
