Ingredients
- 2 cupe self raising flour
- 2 cups coconut
- 1 cup sugar
- 200 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 melt butter.
- 2 add it into food proceesor along with flour, coconut and sugar.
- 3 add eggs and milk.
- 4 process till well combined.
- 5 place in greased and floured 20 cm square tin.
- 6 bake at 160 c for 30 - 35 minutes or till cooked.
- 7 ice with lemon icing if desired.
