Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 8 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 in a saucepan, mix butter, milk and sugar.
- 2 bring to a boil; boil for 3 mins.
- 3 remove from heat; mix in rolled oats, coconut, cocoa powder and vanilla, until well mixed.
- 4 spoon mounds onto a buttered baking sheet.
- 5 refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
