- 1 cup coconut, unsweetened toasted
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 mix coconut, flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
- 3 in separate bowl, mix egg, oil, milk, and vanilla.
- 4 add wet mixture to dry mixture and stir until blended.
- 5 pour into greased and floured loaf pan and bake one
