Feeling Blue Breakfast Smoothie

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 2/3 cup blueberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 eggs (raw, fresh from a local hen!)
  • 1 cup almond-coconut milk (blue diamond makes this)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all in a blender until smooth. i prefer to use frozen blueberries,,but whatever you have is just fine.
