Coco Punch

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 1/2 cup rum
  • 1/2 cup canned sweetened coconut cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • fresh pineapple chunk

Recipe

  • 1 place first 4 ingredients in blender.
  • 2 blend until smooth and frothy.
  • 3 pour into brandy snifters.
  • 4 garnish each glass with a pineapple wedge and serve.
