Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed ice
- 1/2 cup rum
- 1/2 cup canned sweetened coconut cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- fresh pineapple chunk
Recipe
- 1 place first 4 ingredients in blender.
- 2 blend until smooth and frothy.
- 3 pour into brandy snifters.
- 4 garnish each glass with a pineapple wedge and serve.
