Mango Crunch

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 small mango, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 40 g natural muesli
  • 200 g low-fat yogurt
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon shredded coconut, toasted

Recipe

  • 1 divide the mango between 2 serving dishes. sprinkle with the muesli and the top each with 1/4 of the yoghurt.
  • 2 arrange 1/2 the banana over the yoghurt and then top with the remaining yoghurt.
  • 3 finally, sprinkle with the combined sesame seeds and coconut.
