- 4 cups fresh coconut milk
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
Recipe
- 1 in a non stick saucepan heat coconut milk and sugar together. occassionally stir, and keep a watch on it so the coconut milk and it's oils do not separate. simmer for 3 minutes, or until all the sugar has been dissolved. remove from heat. add the cream and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
