Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut, toasted
- 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup candied red cherries, chopped
- 2 teaspoons grated orange rind
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 1/2 cups mountain cream frosting (see mountain cream frosting)
Recipe
- 1 combine coconut, pecans, cherries, orange rind, and almond extract in a medium-size bowl.
- 2 fold in mountain cream frosting until well blended.
