- 1 1/2 ounces citrus-infused rum
- 1 1/2 ounces malibu rum (coconut flavored rum)
- 2 ounces cream of coconut (coco lopez)
- 1 ounce heavy cream
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- 1/2-1 ounce lemon juice
- lemon zest
Recipe
- 1 in a shaker filled with ice; combine all ingredients; shake to blend.
- 2 strain into ice filled hurricane glasses.
- 3 garnish with lemon zest.
