Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
- 1/2 cup rye flour
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 ripe banana
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 mix dry ingredients.
- 3 add the egg, oil, honey, and banana one by one.
- 4 bake for 20- 25 minutes.
