Choco-ginger Snowballs

Total Time: 13 mins Preparation Time: 8 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 250 g plain sweet biscuits, crushed
  • 3 cups coconut
  • 1 cup crystallized ginger, chopped
  • 100 g butter, chopped
  • 350 g dark chocolate
  • 1 cup condensed milk

Recipe

  • 1 mix crushed biscuits, 3/4 cup of coconut and ginger in a large bowl.
  • 2 over medium heat, melt butter and condensed milk until smooth and pour over dry mixture. melt chocolate and mix through.
  • 3 roll mix into small balls and roll in coconut and refrigerate until firm.
