Ingredients

- 250 ml pineapple juice
- 100 ml coconut cream
- crushed ice, as required
- fresh pineapple, small wedge
Recipe
- 1 blend coconut cream, pineapple juice and ice in a blender until it is frothy.
- 2 pour into a glass.
- 3 garnish with the pineapple wedge and serve.
- 4 enjoy!
