Ingredients

- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk (low fat is fine)
- 1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup coconut, dessicated or finely shredded
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 dash salt (optional)
Recipe
- 1 blend all the ingredients until well mixed.
- 2 pour into a 10" greased pie plate.
- 3 bake at 350°f for 1 hour or until centre feels firm.
