- 2 cups rice bubbles
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1/3 cup m&m', minis
- 1/3 cup dried apricot, chopped
- 1/3 cup sultana
- 250 g copha, melted
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- 2 stir until well mixed.
- 3 press mixture into a slice tine, and refridgerate until set.
- 4 once set, cut into squares.
