Helen's Arkansas Mud

Ingredients

- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 jar marshmallow cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 (1 lb) box powdered sugar
- 5 tablespoons evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 cream together: 1 cup butter, sugar& 1/3 cup cocoa powder.
- 2 add eggs beating 1 at a time.
- 3 add flour, pecans& coconut.
- 4 pour into a 13x9in non stick pan& bake@ 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- 5 while cake is hot spread on marshmello cream& cool.
- 6 mix 1/2 cup butter, 1/3 cup cocoa, powdered sugar, milk& vanilla until smooth.
- 7 when cake is cooled spread mixture on top and keep cake stored in a cool area.
