Graham Cracker Caramel Crisps

Ingredients
- 12 double graham crackers
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup almonds, sliced
- 1 cup coconut, flaked
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350*f.
- 2 line 15x10x1 jelly roll pan with graham crackers.
- 3 sprinkle marshmallows evenly over crackers.
- 4 in 2qt saucepan combine butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla.
- 5 cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until brown sugar is dissolved and butter is melted.
- 6 pour evenly over crackers and marshmallows.
- 7 sprinkle with almonds and coconut.
- 8 bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
- 9 cool completely, cut into bars.
