Graham Cracker Caramel Crisps

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 35 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 12 double graham crackers
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup almonds, sliced
  • 1 cup coconut, flaked

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350*f.
  • 2 line 15x10x1 jelly roll pan with graham crackers.
  • 3 sprinkle marshmallows evenly over crackers.
  • 4 in 2qt saucepan combine butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla.
  • 5 cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until brown sugar is dissolved and butter is melted.
  • 6 pour evenly over crackers and marshmallows.
  • 7 sprinkle with almonds and coconut.
  • 8 bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • 9 cool completely, cut into bars.
