- 1 head butter lettuce or 1 head red leaf lettuce
- 1 cup arugula, coarsley chopped (optional)
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon hunza salt
- fresh ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 wash and dry lettuce and break into bite size peices.
- 2 combine the lettuce together in a bowl.
- 3 add oil, and toss well.
- 4 add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
- 5 toss gently.
