Gluten Free Granola

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 cups oats (gluten free)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil (melted refined) or 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup agave nectar

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • 2 in a medium bowl, combine the oats, salt, cinnamon, ginger, coconut, pecans, and berries. mix together.
  • 3 add the coconut oil and agave nectar and toss until the oats are covered.
  • 4 pour the mixture into the prepared baking sheet.
  • 5 bake for 15 minutes, stir, and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes, or until the granola is golden brown.
  • 6 remove the granola from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
