- 2 papayas
- 1 pomegranate
- 400 g lychees
- 2 persimmons
- 100 g cape gooseberries
- 300 ml creme fraiche
- 160 ml coconut cream
- 1 lime
Recipe
- 1 combine the fruit in a large bowl and set aside.
- 2 mix the ingredients for the cream. arrange the fruit on four plates and serve with the cream on the side and some lime wedges and whole physalis, if you like.
