Coconut-pineapple Batido

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (16 ounce) can cream of coconut
  • 1/3 large ripe pineapple, peeled and coarsely chopped (about 4 cups)
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in blender and frappé until smooth.
