Ingredients
- 1/2 roasted poblano pepper
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, remove thick stems
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger, cube
- 1 lime, juice of
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
- 2 serving size is 2 tablespoons.
