- 2 cups graham crackers, crushed
- 2 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 300 ml condensed milk
- 2 egg yolks
Recipe
- 1 cook mixture. in a saucepan, mix desiccated coconut, grahams, butter, flour, condensed milk and egg yolks. heat and stir to combine well.
- 2 form and serve. cool mixture then form into balls. roll balls in extra cup of desiccated coconut. serve.
