Ingredients
- 1 (13 1/2 ounce) can coconut milk
- 2 cups oat milk
- 2 bananas
- 3 cups frozen fruit
- 5 tablespoons coconut oil
- 4 tablespoons flax seed meal
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 whip in blender. add rice dream if too thick. freeze. when ready to enjoy, thaw in warm water. will keep up to 3 months in the freezer.
