Ingredients

- 6 bananas, split
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
Recipe
- 1 place split bananas in buttered baking dish.
- 2 mix orange juice and sugar and pour over the bananas.
- 3 mix together crumbs, coconut, nutmeg and cinnamon.
- 4 sprinkle over top.
- 5 bake for 20 minutes.
- 6 serve warm.
