Granola Bar - Your Way!

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1 (4 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 cups nuts (walnuts, sunflower seeds, pecans) or 4 cups chocolate chips (and other baking chips) or 4 cups coconut or 4 cups dried fruit (raisins, cherries, mangoes)

Recipe

  • 1 choose any combination of the 4 cup dry ingredients - mix and match!
  • 2 melt butter or peanut butter (can use combination of both).
  • 3 add all other ingredients and mix.
  • 4 line 9x13 pan or high edged cookie sheet with wax paper.
  • 5 spray wax paper with pam or cooking oil.
  • 6 spread mixture evenly onto pan.
  • 7 bake at 350°f for 15-20 minutes or until light toasty brown.
  • 8 cool and cut into preferred piece size.
