Ingredients

- 1 cup carob powder
- 2/3 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/3 cup brown sesame seed
- 1 cup coconut
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 cup peanut butter or 1 cup other nut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, stir dry ingredients together.
- 2 in a pot, melt honey with peanut butter over low heat.
- 3 when liquid, remove from heat and add dry mixture and vanilla; mix well.
- 4 spread into 8x8-inch pan.
- 5 refrigerate.
