Homemade Muesli

Total Time: 1 hr 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 5 cups wholegrain oats
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pepitas
  • 1/4 cup pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup natural cashews, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup fresh apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat the oven to 120 degrees celcius.
  • 2 mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
  • 3 spread all the ingredients in a large baking tray.
  • 4 place in the oven for 1 hr 15 minutes.
  • 5 remove and mix around every 15 minutes to avoid burning on the top.
