Homemade Muesli

Ingredients
- Servings: 20
- 5 cups wholegrain oats
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup pepitas
- 1/4 cup pecans, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup natural cashews, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup fresh apple juice
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat the oven to 120 degrees celcius.
- 2 mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
- 3 spread all the ingredients in a large baking tray.
- 4 place in the oven for 1 hr 15 minutes.
- 5 remove and mix around every 15 minutes to avoid burning on the top.
